J454 400Kg low pressure machine for die casting is a special equipment for low pressure casting of aluminium alloy parts. Low pressure machine for die casting can be widely used in the production of various aluminium alloy castings such as automobile cylinder head, wheel hub and motorcycle, especially for the continuous mass production of larger size castings.

• The structure is simple and the operation is convenient. 
• The rigid connection between the insulating furnace and the lower formwork shortens the height from the riser to the die. 
• The heat preservation furnace can be lifted and moved parallel to facilitate the daily maintenance of the heat preservation furnace. 
• The safety limit mechanism is set on the moving template to prevent the accidental falling of the moving template. 
• The imported man-machine interface is used as the upper monitoring unit to monitor the working state of the machine and the pressure curve of the insulation furnace in real time.
