SYD708 high-speed band saw machine is import spray lubrication system quantitative and accurate spray fully, so that the high-speed running saw belt full cooling and lubrication, to ensure the sawing life.The metal-cutting vertical band sawing machine, also called a contour machine, is made in a variety of sizes and models by several manufacturers. The size of a contour machine is determined by the throat depth, which is the distance from the saw band to the column. Figure 7-2 shows a typical contour machine and identifies its main parts, which are discussed below.

Product features:

• The linear speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide (hydraulic slide or servo feed slide) are set by the program. According to the different structure of the saw cut-off surface, the speed of the saw band and the feed speed of the slide are adjusted to achieve the best match.
• There are fixed, retractable and reversible tooling platforms to meet the requirements of different sawing processes.
• The band sawing machine is equipped with automatic tension device, which can set tension strength according to different bands.
